Do you send a proof before engraving?

For most engraved items, we can provide a layout proof on request before engraving. If you’d like to see a proof, simply let us know when ordering.

Which material should I choose?

This depends on where and how the item will be used.
Brass offers a traditional appearance, while stainless steel is ideal for long-term outdoor use. For labels, rigid laminate and acrylic are commonly used for durability and clarity. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to advise.

How long does engraving take?

Most orders are engraved and dispatched within 1-2 working days. Turnaround times may vary depending on the product and level of customisation, but we aim to keep lead times clear and realistic.

Can I order custom sizes or shapes?

Yes. Many of our plaques, signs, labels and key fobs can be made to custom sizes or shapes. If you don’t see exactly what you need, please get in touch.

Are your products suitable for outdoor use?

Yes — where specified. We use materials such as stainless steel, brass and external-grade laminates designed to withstand outdoor conditions. Product descriptions will indicate suitability.
